I have been lending in the residential mortgage market since 2006. Over the years, the mortgage industry has changed dramatically. It's funny now to think back to a time when underwriting submissions were sent via FedEx, with physical stacks of papers being sent off for review. I have seen both the high's and the low's of the Real Estate industry over the last 15+ years. This experience allows me to advise clients confidently, having worked through some of the most volatile periods our industry has ever seen. You will find that my approach to lending is different.
